Great Bridge has had key consulting roles with the Souhegan Valley Interfaith
Housing Corporation of Amherst, NH. The Souhegan Valley Interfaith Housing
Corporation was formed when five local Church groups decided to address
the shortage of affordable and
market rate elderly housing in the region. As development consultant,
Great Bridge assisted the organization in putting together a development
team and handled all financing and tax credit matters for the tax-exempt
bond transaction. Great Bridge values its working relationship with the
non-profit housing community which is a vital component in the effort
to meet housing
