Located in Jaffrey's Main Street Community District, Jaffrey Mills Apartments was originally the historic Jaffrey Mills. Jaffrey Mills is the only property in Jaffrey that is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places. When in operation as a textile mill, Jaffrey Mill was the largest employer in town. Cotton textile products were produced throughout most of the history of the mill until 1967 when manufacturing functions were stopped and light industrial and office space were the primary uses. Great Bridge Properties purchased the mostly vacant mill building on the West side of the river in January of 2007. We are proud to be apart of the revitalization of these important historic structures. Jaffrey Mills Apartments opened in the fall of 2007.
